The Mayne Island Community Garden is located behind the Community Centre. It is a members-only garden with a yearly fee for use of a 4’ x 12’ plot. The garden is organic, and has its own water system. Rainwater collected from the roof of the Community Centre is held in storage tanks for use during the growing season. Membership in the Mayne Island Community Centre is required to use the garden, in addition to Community Garden membership.
