Our Community Centre is a well-used and attractive rural venue, nicely situated on five acres of meadow backing on to the forest, with a large gravel parking lot.
Everything is on one level, and we are actively working towards total wheelchair accessibility. The facility provides a diverse complement of ongoing programs for fitness, health and well-being, recreation and learning. We also host numerous community meetings and events such as AGMs, music concerts, fundraisers and craft fairs.
Our Board of Directors is committed to providing affordable event space for programs open to the community. See photos of the interior rooms and rental rates on the Rentals page. The Centre is also an excellent venue for private functions like weddings, banquets, family reunions or private retreats.
Mayne Island Community Centre
