Thank you for your interest in joining the Mayne Island Community Centre Society!

Your annual membership supports the MICCS and allows you to participate in MICCS sponsored activities, attend board meetings as an observer, receive email information, and vote at the AGM.

How to Become a Member

Memberships run for one calendar year (January 1st to December 31st). A new membership form must be completed every three years.

1. Make a payment

An annual MICCS Membership is $10.00 per person, and can be paid one of two ways:

  • E-transfer to mayneislandcommunitycentre@gmail.com
  • Cheque payable to “Mayne Island Community Centre Society”
    Mailing address: Mayne Island Community Centre Society, 493 Felix Jack Road, Mayne Island, BC, VON 2J2

2. Complete and sign the Membership Form

In addition to paying the membership fee, please download the form below, print it, complete and sign it, and send it to us one of the following ways:

  • Scan or take a photo of the completed form, and send it by email to mayneislandcommunitycentre@gmail.com
  • Mail the printed form to Mayne Island Community Centre Society, 493 Felix Jack Road, Mayne Island, BC, VON 2J2

The U19 membership form is available for parents or guardians to complete on behalf members under 19 years of age.

Note: Your membership is not complete until both payment and a completed, signed Membership Waiver/Release Agreement form are received. If you participate in an MICCS Sponsored Program, the Community Garden, or the Fitness Centre, your signature on the Membership Waiver/Release Agreement form confirms that you have carefully read, understand, and accept the terms of the waiver.
