Coming soon to the Community Centre: Free weight training classes with Judie Wilson, a passionate fitness enthusiast with coaching/training fitness experience spanning decades.

Judie will offer a 2-part series of six classes. Part 1 – Engage the core: Functional movement patterns with light weights; Part 2 – Building on a strong foundation with heavier weights. See the poster with dates and times.
